No more sleepless nights, no more phones ringing off the wall, no more leads pouring in.....
So what do we do now?
Back to basics! Lets start with your current books of business. Write an email to all your current members Thanking them for enrolling with you. Reminding them to call you if they have any problems. Build that relationship with them that keeps them on your books for 10 or more years. Then ask them who they know that they can refer to you. Send out Holiday cards that are not as popular for mailing cards, ie. 4th of July, Valentines Day, Grandparents Day, etc. After targeting your current book, start using the tool kit to add more members to your books.
Use the Agent Tool kit and start hitting the streets. Spread flyers to your local moving companies, Finance companies, barber or beauty shops, Banks, Senior Living homes, Pharmacies, Grocery stores, Laundry mats, Libraries, Health Fairs, Bingo Parlors, Trailer Parks, Attorney's offices, Good Will, Dollar Stores, etc. The list ends with your imagination. Always ask before leaving your flyers. It only takes one call to get a sale and one sale to get referrals. Are you doing all you can or are you sitting on your couch waiting for the phone to ring?
